ETL stands for Eco-Friendly Truth Living, ETL Australia is a precious part of a larger global ETL network that was created out of the lvoe for our existance in the universe.
ETL Australia focuses on revealing the truth of the self, the universe and the physical world, by offering items and services to assit in the process of environmental, body, mind and spiritual purification and cleansing.

An Inner Awakening Moment at Hilton Kuala Lumpur
During the Happiness Forum 2026
On Friday morning, 8 May 2026, during the Happiness Forum in Kuala Lumpur, I experienced a small but deeply meaningful moment in my hotel room at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
A housekeeper knocked on my door and quietly entered to clean my room. A short time later, he placed a beautiful towel arrangement and a small vase of flowers on the coffee table in front of the couch. He did not make a big announcement. He did not ask for praise. He simply placed them there with care and continued his work.
When I saw what he had created, my heart immediately blossomed into joy and bliss.
For a moment, I wondered if the flowers and towel art had been arranged by the organisers of the Happiness Forum. I asked him gently whether they were from the event organisers.
He looked at me, slightly puzzled, and said simply:
“No, from me.”
In that moment, something inside me became very still.
The happiness I felt was so real. The appreciation in my heart was so pure. I had not felt that kind of simple, innocent joy for a very long time.
As I looked at this housekeeper in his crisp, clean uniform, I was almost moved to tears. I suddenly realised that I had spent so much of my life chasing accreditation, job titles, status, recognition, wealth, and proof that I was worthy.
But in that moment, I saw something very clearly:
Giving another person happiness does not require a title.
It does not require accreditation.
It does not require status.
It does not require wealth.
It only requires a kind thought — and a small action to follow.
That simple gesture transformed the atmosphere of the room. It reminded me that service is not only about completing a task. True service carries energy. It carries love, dignity, care, and presence.
This is why I want to share this story on the ETL Australia website.
At ETL Australia, our message is not only about cleaning physical spaces. It is about learning how to care for the Earth, our homes, our bodies, our hearts, and one another. A clean environment can become a healing environment when it is created with kindness and respect.
This moment reminded me that the Earth and the universe respond to love expressed through action.

A thoughtful gesture.
A moment of human kindness.
These are not small things.
They are the quiet beginnings of a more beautiful world.
