Refund and Returns Policy

1. Change of Mind:

•   Online Purchases: full refund (excluding shipping cost) within 14 days from date of purchase if product its sent back to sender at purchaser’s own cost. Product needs to be in its original packaging without tampering and broken seals
• Physical Stores: Full refund within 14 days from date of purchase only if product is intact in its original packaging without signs of tampering and broken seal

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

•   Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a return, refund, repair, or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for the purpose intended. This applies to both online and in-store purchases. a clear image needs to be supplied immediately upon discovery of damaged items received within 24 hours.
